All of the instructors who teach Bikram or Hot yoga are master trained and certified by Bikram himself at National Headquarters. They must complete the challenging 500 hour course that includes anatomy, Yoga Philosophy and a detailed study of each pose and its effect on the body. Re-certification is required for all teachers every 3 years. |
